We offer 3 different packages. You can become a member on a Monthly basis ($49.99 per month), Semi-Annually basis ( $249.95), and Yearly basis ($449.91). These plans give you full access to StockMarketVideo.com services. There is no long term commitment. You can cancel at any time.
If you decide to become a member, you will first be billed after you complete our membership procedure (using our subscribe page). You will then choose a User ID and Password which gives you immediate access to our current videos and other members only resources of the Web site.
Unless you cancel the service, your subscription plan will automatically renew at the end of the membership period, and you will be billed accordingly. This helps prevent any lapses in membership during which valuable information could be missed.

To cancel please log into “Account Access” (red button on top right in members area)
In your account, at the top you will see you active subscriptions. Please uncheck the Auto Renew Box. A pop up will ask you if your sure, press OK. Next, you will see the Auto Renew box empty. Then close out the browser, your subscription will not auto renew.

Refunds
When the member requests the termination, subscription fees are NOT refundable. Should a refund be issued by stockmarketvideo.com, all refunds will be credited solely to the payment method used in the original transaction. stockmarketvideo.com will not issue refunds by cash, check, or to another credit card or payment mechanism.

 I have the latest version of Flash and Javascript enabled, however I still cannot get Flash files to play. What am I doing wrong?
Some users have seen issues with getting Flash videos to play correctly in Internet Explorer 7. To fix this issue, follow the directions below.
Close all open programs. This step is important because other programs may be using Flash Player, and if they are, the uninstaller will not work.
Run the Adobe Flash Player Uninstaller.
Reboot your computer and clear your browser cache.
Reinstall your Flash player.
 I received this error message: "Your browser cookies are not enabled. We require that cookies are acceptable in order to login. Please enable your browser cookies and then close and restart your browser to login".
To enable cookies in Firefox, go to the Tools menu and select Options. Under the Privacy tab, click to expand the Cookies heading and reveal the full menu. Check the box "Allow sites to set cookies." Click OK.
In Safari, go to the Safari menu and select Preferences. Under the Security tab, set the Accept Cookies preference to Always. Close the Preferences window.
